Why Play Roller Hockey at Skateland?
Roller hockey is a fun-filled non-contact sport. Playing  hockey helps to increase a child's hand-eye coordination,   balance and skating ability.  Our leagues are a great way for children to interact with other children in the community! Roller hockey offers college scholarships, Junior Olympic, national and world teams.

Requirements:
-Must be between the ages of 6 and 16.
-We have 2 leagues leagues ages: 6-11 years old & 12-16 years old
-Must be able to attend 1 weekly practice.  Practices are Saturdays mornings from 9-11:30 a.m. 
-Must be able to attend 1 weekly game.  Games are Wednesday nights, starting at 5:45 p.m.
-Must have registration fee of $125 per player paid in full by required date.  If registration form and payment have not been paid by required date, player will not be eligible for the draft.  Payments may be made by cash, visa or mastercard, we DO NOT accept checks.

What's included in the registration fee?
1 Team Jersey
1 League T-Shirt
8 Game Regular Season Games
Playoff Games
1 Team practice per week
1 Team game per week
End of the year team awards party

Equipment Requirements:
All players must have the following equipment before they will be able to practice.  ALL equipment must be on and securely fasten before entering the floor!
Helmet-  All approved hockey helmets, MUST have a cage or full face shield.
Mouth Piece-  All approved sports mouth pieces.  Players should wear mouth pieces at all times.
Gloves- All approved hockey gloves, gloves should cover from finger tips to wrist.
Elbow pads-  All approved hockey elbow pads, elbow pads must cover the full elbow and must be made of soft plastic.
Shin Guards-  All approved hockey shin guards, shin guards should fit from the ankle to knee cap.
Protective cup-  All boys and girls are required to wear a protective cup.
Hockey Stick-  Any approved ROLLER HOCKEY stick, please no street or ice hockey sticks.
Skates-  Almost any form of inline skates are good enough to play hockey; however, four wheel inline hockey skates are preferred.
